Universal Banker (20 Hours)

Assist in basic account opening for existing customers. Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues. Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly.

1-3 years of relevant experience. Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required. High School diploma or equivalent. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
