Plan short and medium-term volume of packages to be distributed nationally, generating daily projections to adjust staffing and operational fleet. Optimize the operational capacity of the logistics distribution network to ensure the correct flow of shipments. Develop automated analysis tools and databases to expedite decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Execution Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in operations planning, logistics, demand planning, or management control. Strong experience in database management for operational analysis and advanced knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Google Sheets, or Excel; knowledge of Python or Artificial Intelligence is desirable.
