Customer Success Manager (Remote)
AxurCore Responsibilities
The Customer Success Manager will manage the full lifecycle for Middle Accounts, monitoring health metrics, identifying risks, and leading renewal, upsell, and expansion cycles including contract negotiations. Responsibilities also include running strategic customer meetings, building Success Plans, acting as the main point of contact for critical accounts, and collaborating internally to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in Tech/SaaS, with proven ability to manage complex accounts and navigate C-level executives. Essential skills include strong negotiation abilities, experience with renewals and contract management, solid understanding of Customer Success metrics, and fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
