The main mission is to provide comprehensive and strategic Human Resources support to internal clients, ensuring the correct execution of people management, compliance, and the effective development of talent, culture, and performance initiatives aligned with business objectives. Key duties include managing the employee lifecycle, handling labor inquiries, partnering with recruitment, supporting leaders on work climate, and managing HR indicator reporting.

Requirements

Candidates should be graduates in Commercial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields, possessing at least one year of experience in areas like Organizational Development, People Management, HRBP, or Labor Relations. Intermediate Excel skills are required, and knowledge of BUK software is desirable.
