Lead the Quality area, managing the team and ensuring performance of the Quality Management System. Define, monitor, and report Quality KPIs, leading action plans for performance deviations. Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in operational routines.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Quality Management or related fields. Solid experience in Industrial Quality, Quality Assurance, or Industrial Projects. Proven experience in leading technical Quality teams and managing performance.
What We Offer
Full-time position based on-site at the Indaiatuba factory. No mobility policy or relocation considerations will be offered.
