Manage and maintain the organizational structure of the company by creating, updating, and deactivating positions and reporting lines. Conduct salary analyses and develop proposals related to compensation, promotions, and internal movements. Monitor and analyze the personnel budget, identifying deviations and evaluating economic impacts for decision-making.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering. Over 2 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the sector. Advanced Excel skills and intermediate English proficiency are required.
