Coordinate and lead the credit recovery team, focusing on engagement, development, and high performance. Manage performance indicators, tracking productivity and efficiency of negotiations. Propose and implement continuous improvements and innovations in processes and strategies for credit recovery.

Solid experience in credit recovery, collection, or renegotiation. Knowledge in process management and performance indicators. Experience in leadership and team development. Familiarity with financial products and credit policies.
