Growth & Engagement Manager (Enterprise Accounts)

Own the wellbeing engagement strategy for top-tier enterprise accounts, designing and launching multi-phase activation programs. Co-create and present Joint Business Plans with senior HR leaders using data insights to influence corporate wellbeing investment. Track and analyze adoption funnels and engagement metrics using BI tools, identifying root causes of underperformance.

Solid experience in Growth Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Management Consulting within high-growth B2B tech or SaaS environments. Demonstrated track record of partnering with senior corporate decision-makers. Proven ability to turn complex metrics into actionable insights using BI tools.
