Regional Ambassadors North Coordinator

Lead a team of approximately 10 Supervisors, providing coaching and continuous performance feedback. Ensure the achievement of key indicators such as completed deliveries and customer satisfaction. Resolve operational issues in the field to maintain daily operations continuity.

Minimum 1 year of experience leading operational or logistics teams. Proven ability to manage multiple teams and resolve real-time issues. Strong communication skills and conflict management abilities.
