Shopper Insights Client Lead

Deliver onboarding, training, adoption and engagement programmes for an assigned portfolio of suppliers. Facilitate webinars, office hours, virtual training sessions and structured support activities that drive customer success. Analyse usage data, adoption metrics, operational KPIs and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and recommendations.

Experience within retail, CPG, SaaS, consulting, customer success or insights-led environments. Fluent English communication skills with confidence presenting, facilitating and training a range of audiences. Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and feedback into meaningful actions.
