Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing the entire pre- and post-sales process for consigned loans, including attending to and accurately registering customer demands related to consigned loans. Responsibilities also include monitoring internal processes, ensuring timely resolution of demands, and identifying opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction indices like NPS.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Production Engineering, or related fields. Required experience includes customer service, preferably within the consigned loan sector, Reclame Aqui, and/or regulatory channels, along with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
