Serve as a technical reference in defining and evolving the organization's Observability and Runtime Engineering strategies. Develop and maintain corporate observability platforms, ensuring scalability and availability. Lead initiatives related to OpenTelemetry adoption and full-stack observability. Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions.

Proven experience as a technical reference or specialist in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Observability. Advanced knowledge in monitoring and observability of distributed systems. Practical experience with Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry ecosystem. Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and operational practices.
