Lead the project management for Customer Experience (CX) support, ensuring milestone compliance and continuous improvement of indicators. Act as a liaison between Product, Technology, Local Operations, Legal, UX, and Finance teams to ensure proper execution of initiatives. Monitor project progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Experience in project management, operations, Customer Experience (CX), or CRM tool implementation. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously. Proficient in Excel at an intermediate or advanced level, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and basic macros.
