Lead Full Stack Engineer - Users & Auth (Ingeniero/a Lead Full Stack - Usuarios y Autenticación) - Hybrid

Own the authentication end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, and Auth0 integration across frontend and backend. Lead a multidisciplinary team through sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Elevate the team through pairing, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. Review product specifications from a technical perspective, identifying feasibility gaps and opportunities for AI tooling.

5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Auth0 or comparable identity platforms. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring on the backend, with solid frontend experience, preferably in React. A solid understanding of security best practices for web applications and secure software design.
