What You'll Do
Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of Sales Supervisors and Consultants, ensuring high performance in the field. Conduct feedback sessions, training, and development actions to enhance the team's technical and behavioral skills. Monitor sales indicators, productivity, and profitability of stores, implementing corrective actions as needed.
