Ingeniero/a Industrial o Ingeniero/a Técnico Industrial

Manage the technical maintenance of corporate buildings and associated facilities, ensuring their availability, safety, and proper functioning. Plan, coordinate, and supervise renovation and improvement works, ensuring compliance with established objectives. Draft, review, and supervise technical projects related to corporate facilities.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of corporate buildings, offices, or similar complex properties. Proven experience in project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
