Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents

Design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve real and high-impact problems. Build and maintain the continuous evaluation pipeline by collecting production conversations for scheduled evaluation against configurable rubrics. Evolve the continuous evaluation platform to allow auditing of agents and their assets throughout the complete lifecycle.

Solid knowledge in programming languages such as Python or Go and in designing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with microservices architectures, distributed systems, and asynchronous processing. Experience with relational databases like MySQL and familiarity with LLMs and their evaluation frameworks.
