Requirements

Candidates should be advanced students or graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, Administration, or related fields, requiring 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Desirable skills include managing mass or specialized searches, experience with group interviews or assessment centers, working with multiple internal stakeholders, and proficiency with ATS platforms like Workday or Hiring Room.
