Design and direct the strategy for client migration between platforms, focusing on retention and operational efficiency. Lead the coordination of the area managing Business Partners to track migration progress. Create and evolve enablement materials for the Customer Success team and act as a liaison between Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing.

Consistent experience in Strategic Planning, RevOps, CS Ops, or Enablement in B2B/SaaS companies. Proven leadership experience managing people and leading through tactical coordinators. Practical knowledge of recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, Churn, etc.
