As the Performance Coordinator, you will be the analytical and strategic engine for a robust Supply operation, unifying diagnostic (performance) and execution (projects) fronts. The goal is to ensure the operation scales efficiently and that business decisions are entirely data-driven.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with solid experience in project management, data analysis, and KPI management, including prior experience leading direct teams. Candidates must have advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with strategic planning methodologies, coupled with an analytical profile and strong business vision.
