The manager must maintain department SLAs, plan team workload, establish clear priorities, and partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and tooling effectiveness.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least two years of people leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to manage employee development through coaching and feedback. Essential qualifications include experience in structured operational environments, strong project management skills, comfort with operational metrics, and excellent written and verbal English communication.
