Analista de Suporte PL

Provide on-site technical support to users, diagnosing hardware, software, network, and access incidents. Assist the Infrastructure team with basic checks and information gathering for remote diagnostics. Execute on-site tasks as requested by the Infrastructure team, including controlled reboots and equipment handling.

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure to assist with on-site activities and report local conditions. Experience with industrial device support is considered important.
