The Collections Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of outstanding receivables to support healthy cash flow by contacting customers about overdue payments via phone and email. Key duties include maintaining accurate collection records, conducting account reconciliations, managing deductions, and resolving payment disputes in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
Candidates must have a High School diploma, with a preference for a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, along with 1-2 years of experience in financial operations or collections, preferably in B2B settings. Required technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel) and basic knowledge of accounts receivable management.
