Execute daily operational tasks including routine health checks and system monitoring of Alteryx Servers. Manage user permissions by processing requests for user creation, modification, and deletion. Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data refreshes, responding to operational incidents related to Alteryx Servers. Collaborate with senior administrators and client IT teams to escalate complex issues.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field. Practical experience in an IT operations or administrative role, with hands-on experience administering Alteryx or similar Business Analytical Servers. Proficiency in executing routine administrative tasks within Alteryx environments and familiarity with server operating systems.
