Manager, Supply Chain Excellence

Develop, lead, and execute the plant’s end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy. Drive the implementation and sustainability of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across all relevant pillars. Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve operational performance and enhance equipment reliability. Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience leading or deploying comprehensive Operational Excellence programs, such as TPM. Previous experience in manufacturing leadership roles with exposure to different plant functions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
