What You'll Do
Supervise and evaluate the work performed by technical staff in maintenance. Ensure the operational availability of business unit equipment for predictive, preventive, or corrective maintenance. Report maintenance programs to the Operations Supervisor and coordinate repair requests effectively.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, maintenance, mechanics, or automotive mechanics preferred. 5 years of experience in workshop management and supervising technical staff. Advanced knowledge of diesel mechanics and basic computer skills.
