Core Responsibilities

The role involves executing processes for hiring, movement, and termination, as well as controlling electronic timekeeping, making payroll entries, and managing benefits and deadlines. Additionally, the analyst will prepare simple reports and address employee inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in personnel department routines and knowledge of labor legislation. Basic to intermediate Excel skills, good communication, organization, and autonomy are also required.
