Manage the operational routine of outsourced BPOs, ensuring compliance with operational and commercial productivity, conversion, quality, and volume goals. Monitor performance indicators and take practical actions to correct deviations. Create and oversee motivational operational campaigns aligned with strategic needs.

Experience in people management and leadership, preferably in Sales operations, Inside Sales, Outbound, or Contact Center. Proficiency in managing commercial and operational indicators. Intermediate level of Excel or Google Sheets.

The position offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work model, requiring in-person attendance at the BPO in São Paulo 2-3 times a week, along with monthly travel to Belo Horizonte for approximately 5 days.
