What You'll Do
Design, scale, and maintain the foundational data layer structuring information from HiBob and Lever. Implement machine learning models applied to People Analytics, such as attrition risk prediction and recruitment forecasting. Design and implement self-service AI agents for internal policy inquiries and automate data processing using NLP techniques.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in People Analytics. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with GCP, Vertex AI, and data transformation tools.
