Lead and develop a solid team of up to 30 people, ensuring a good atmosphere and fluid communication while guaranteeing process compliance and high team performance. Manage activities operated by partners and third parties, establishing agreements and handling complex negotiations to enhance service quality. Transform data into strategic business information and report to management, while designing continuous improvement plans to maximize safety, quality, productivity, and operational capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Process Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Administration, Technology, or related fields. Knowledge of Quality Tools (5S, Kaizen, 5PQ's, and PDCA), and intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel. Availability to work on-site in Barueri/SP, on a 5x2 schedule from 03:00 to 12:00.
