Core Responsibilities

Provide remote assistance to customers via live video connection to guide them through bike selection and subscription sign-ups. Support existing customers with account issues, payments, and basic technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

Requires native or fluent Spanish and C1-C2 level English with over 2 years of experience in customer support or sales. Candidates must be comfortable on camera and possess a high-speed internet connection and headset.
