Lead the Center of Excellence (COE) for Networks, acting as a strategic and technical reference. Develop team talents, oversee career plans, and promote continuous training. Define and maintain technical standards, frameworks, and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical vision with business needs.

Solid experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba technologies. Experience in leading technical teams and defining governance standards. Fluent in English or Spanish.
