Monitor and directly engage in the production environment, addressing incidents, troubleshooting, and implementing continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. Knowledge of the payment ecosystem and cards is desirable. Intermediate SQL skills are required. Intermediate Spanish is desirable.
