Operations Transformation Engineer
EBANXCore Responsibilities
Partner closely with Operations teams to understand workflows, identify pain points, and design AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and automate manual processes. Design and develop scalable backend services and AI orchestration workflows using modern technologies, integrating LLMs, legacy systems, APIs, and data pipelines. Build internal operational tools and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into AI-driven decisions and business processes.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, or Solution Architecture. Strong experience with TypeScript/Node.js and the ability to work with object-oriented PHP applications and legacy architectures. Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications using LLM APIs, function calling, semantic routing, RAG architectures, or vector databases.
