RappiCore Responsibilities
The supervisor will be responsible for daily team check-ins, shift alignment, onboarding and training new pickers, and managing team development and absenteeism control. Key operational duties include merchandise receiving, inventory management, loss control, and ensuring compliance with ANVISA regulations.
Requirements
Candidates must have completed or be currently pursuing higher education and possess experience in leading people. Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite is required, and prior experience in the Retail sector is considered a differential.
