Plan, develop, and deliver theoretical and practical training for Wood Supply Operators, ensuring content is up-to-date and practices are correctly applied. Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring technical and behavioral skills of participants are developed. Evaluate performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.

Technical degree or ongoing higher education. Valid driver's license (Category B). Experience or knowledge in forest logistics operations. Ability to develop and deliver technical training. Proficiency in Office Suite and ability to analyze performance indicators using data analysis tools.
