What You'll Do
Write and test guides for software configuration and daily usage. Audit existing topics in a product area and prioritize updates. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather product details and apply the Microsoft Writing Style Guide.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of technical documentation experience for software or technology products. Professional fluency in written English (C1 or higher).
