KushkiCore Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to execute and guarantee the optimal setup, maintenance, and management of merchants, ensuring compliance with established SLAs regarding quality and time. This involves executing operational processes for onboarding and maintaining Card Present and Card Not Present merchants while ensuring superior internal and external customer experiences.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Desirable experience includes working in banking, financial services, technology companies, payment gateways, Fintech, or Acquirers.
