RappiCore Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maximizing assigned accounts through consultative, strategic, and results-oriented relationships, acting as a key partner connecting brand needs with Retail Media, data, and activation solutions within the Rappi ecosystem. Key duties include executing annual and quarterly commercial plans, ensuring revenue and margin targets are met, identifying growth opportunities, and leading performance reviews and optimizations with clients.
Requirements
Candidates should possess experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, retail media, or digital advertising, coupled with strong relationship-building, persuasion, and executive communication skills. Essential requirements include proficiency in data handling, performance KPIs, negotiation, storytelling, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, a strategic mindset, and intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
