BDR PMO COE Sr Manager

Lead the BDR global program governance, performance management, and cost management to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables. Establish standardized project management methodologies and facilitate governance structures. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and coordinate resource allocation throughout all program phases.

10+ years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in Project Management. Strong PMO background and project management certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile preferred. Experience in global transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
