The Operations Manager will plan, coordinate, and improve internal operations including HR, facilities, IT, and administrative services. They will partner with leadership to standardize processes, manage vendors, and ensure organizational infrastructure supports the mission.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in operations or administration. Strong communication skills, proficiency with business technology, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are required.
