Corporate Governance & Authority Verification Legal Analyst

Conduct thorough legal reviews of corporate governance documents, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and powers of attorney. Partner with Relationship Managers and Relationship Support Associates to address complex technical and legal inquiries regarding client documentation. Design and deliver training sessions to internal teams on signing authority matrices and legal interpretations.

Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Proven track record in legal practice with experience in Corporate Law, Civil Law, and Banking/Financial Law. Bachelor's degree in Law.
