Core Responsibilities

The Executive Recruiter will manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board appointments, serving as a strategic partner to leadership on market trends and organizational design. This involves developing customized search strategies, building pipelines of high-caliber talent across Banking, FinTech, and Technology sectors in Latin American and global markets, and conducting rigorous candidate evaluations.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of placing C-suite executives and board members, particularly within the Banking, FinTech, and/or Technology industries. Essential requirements include exceptional relationship-building skills, strong research capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
