Core Responsibilities

This role functions as a leader for medium to large projects and enhancements within the Treasury process space, requiring proactive analysis of business processes to identify innovative solutions for near-term business needs. The individual will work directly with business resources to establish requirements, drive change program evaluations, and maintain an in-depth understanding of Treasury solutions and best practices, including integration with STP, OTC, and RTR processes.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of professional IT experience working directly with finance, including strong experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial systems like SAP FI. Essential qualifications include proven IT project/program management skills, advanced English fluency, and experience with corporate Treasury ecosystems, with the ability to lead by influence.
