Core Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Owner Onboarding: Guide new property owners smoothly through our onboarding pipeline, establishing proactive and clear communication. Rent-Ready Coordination: Read and understand rent-ready inspection reports to identify exactly what physical maintenance is required to bring a property to market. Vendor & Project Logistics: Coordinate rent-ready work orders, collaborate closely with field vendors, and ensure timely project execution under tight timelines. Owner Persuasion: Confidently communicate property requirements to owners, standing firmly by our recommendations to ensure properties are successfully prepared for listing. Listing Marketing: Evaluate properties remotely based on internal reports; write clear, professional marketing comments to help rent the home effectively. Pipeline Management: Simultaneously manage multiple stages of the rent-ready process (handling owners, vendors, and admin logs for 10+ properties weekly) while staying perfectly organized.

Requirements

Qualifications: Core Criteria (Candidates must meet at least ONE of the following): Prior hands-on platform experience using AppFolio and LeadSimple. Direct professional experience in a dedicated client onboarding role. A clear background in residential home services, maintenance tracking, or rent-ready work. Communication Mastery: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to manage priorities with a service-first mindset. Multitasking & Pace: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and manage tight operational timelines.
