Manage performance indicators, guiding the team in creating action plans to correct deviations. Conduct audits and operational follow-ups to identify improvement opportunities in the indicators under your responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields, with a postgraduate degree in Logistics. Experience in transportation management with high distribution movement, knowledge of process methodologies and continuous improvement. Experience managing large teams, working shifts, and controlling schedules.
