The Merchant Success Representative acts as the initial contact for merchants whose funding applications were declined, clearly communicating the outcome and explaining factors that led to the decision. This role involves guiding merchants through OPF's growth tools designed to help them qualify for future funding opportunities.
Requirements
Candidates must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills to deliver difficult news empathetically, and be comfortable working within a structured, script-guided call flow. Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
