Core Responsibilities

The VP, Advisors Customer Success will be responsible for creating, training, and continuously improving a high-performing Customer Success Manager group for a designated region, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, and fostering a high-performing team culture. This role involves acting as a senior Customer Success advocate for customers in the region, removing roadblocks, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring CSMs deliver maximum value.

Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in Customer Success or related functions, coupled with a strong aptitude for talent development and nurturing an inclusive culture. Advanced understanding of payments, technology, and digital platforms is required, along with demonstrated success in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth through consultative selling.
