Remote Construction Estimator (Fire Suppression Systems)

Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial fire protection and fire sprinkler systems. Review plans, specifications, and bid documents. Manage the complete bidding process from opportunity identification through proposal submission. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.

5–8+ years of experience estimating fire protection, fire suppression, or fire sprinkler systems. Experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of fire protection plans, specifications, and applicable industry standards. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation ranges from USD $1,500 to $2,500 per month depending on experience. The position is fully remote and requires working during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
