Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logistics. Conduct research and prepare reports or executive summaries. Support project coordination and follow-up across teams. Organize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain structured documentation and task tracking systems.
Requirements
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Support Specialist. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Experience using tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), Zoom, Slack, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting U.S.-based executives. Experience in fast-growing startups or high-performance environments. Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.). Experience working with cross-cultural or international teams.
